Who we are
Elvanis (“we”, “us”) is a product strategy and AI consulting firm. This notice explains what information we collect when you visit elvanis.com, why, and what choices you have.

What we collect
When you browse the site:
- Google Analytics — pages visited, general location (country/city level), device and browser type, how you arrived at the site.
- Microsoft Clarity — records how visitors move, scroll and click on the site, to help us understand and improve the experience. This may include session recordings. Entered text (such as form fields) is masked before it reaches Microsoft’s servers.
- HubSpot — we use HubSpot as our CRM and marketing platform. It tracks pages visited and site activity, automatically captures information submitted through forms on this site, and powers our website chat widget.
These tools only run after you accept cookies. If you reject cookies, or don’t respond to the banner, we don’t collect this data.
When you contact us:
- If you book a call (via Calendly) or fill in a form (via WPForms), we collect what you provide — typically your name, email, company, and the details of your enquiry.
- Form submissions are also captured by HubSpot (see above) so our team can follow up.
- Booking a call through Calendly is handled on Calendly’s own booking widget, under Calendly’s own privacy terms. Calendly’s widget also only loads after you accept cookies.
We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for:
- Analytics and understanding site usage (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity)
- Session recording (Microsoft Clarity)
- Our CRM, forms tracking, and live chat (HubSpot)
- Enabling the booking widget (Calendly)
You can control cookies through your browser settings, or through the cookie banner on this site when you first visit. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie preferences icon in the bottom-left corner of this site.
Why we use this data
- To understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it.
- To respond to enquiries and bookings.
- To improve our services and how we communicate with prospective clients.
Who we share it with
- Google (Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity), HubSpot (CRM, forms, chat), Calendly, and WPForms, as our service providers, under their own privacy terms.
- We do not share your data with any other third party without your consent, except where required by law.
How long we keep it
- Google Analytics: event-level data for 2 months; user-level data for 14 months (reset each time you return to the site).
- Microsoft Clarity: session recordings for 30 days; click and heatmap data for 13 months.
- HubSpot and enquiry data: kept for as long as needed to manage our relationship with you, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EU, you have the right to ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to certain uses of it. To do this, email hello@elvanis.com.
You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or your local data protection authority.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
